Soothes + Calms stiff and ageing joints while providing support for tired muscles & ligaments. Formulated to help support joint mobility and flexibility.
Topical treatments can be applied up to 4 times a day. As this is not realistic for most people, we recommend 2x daily, after a bath or shower. Apply product to clean, dry, and intact skin.
Consistency is key. Little and often is best. Start with an amount about the size of a ten-cent coin and gently massage into skin. Massaging the product in helps stimulate blood flow to the area.
Topical treatments usually take 1-2 days to feel results. For deeper, larger areas it can take up to 7 days.

I have found by using Arth-To-Go that a lot of the pains I have been getting in my elbows and right thigh have been minimised especially at night-time. My sleep is now not being disturbed by pain. It is very easy to massage in, and does not leave an oily feel to my skin so no transfer to clothing or bedding is occurring. It also has a very pleasant light aroma that is unnoticeable when it is massaged in. I have given my brother from Australia a jar of this also (he forgot to bring his usual cream with him) for his hands, and it has decreased his pain intensity since starting to use it.
